Additional Kitchen View, Breakfast Table

Cool Blue Sunroom
The sunroom features a lovely hand-painted floor, and refreshing light blue walls. A pair of custom lounge chairs features a chocolate and light blue toile print with lime green piping. The lime green is also incorporated in the settee diamond-print fabric, the coffee table by Oomph, and the modern lantern by Robert Abbey.
Above the rustic sunroom sideboard a collection of original artworks are hung.

Living Room Overall
This shot provides an excellent view of the whimsical bird print on the skirted lounge chairs. A larger underlay rug was installed to fill the space, and provide a textured look.
Bold Media Room
This bold TV room incorporates a red papered ceiling, and saturated turquoise walls. The red accents are carried throughout the framed artwork, and on the chair upholstery and pillows. Fun coral knobs were added to the built-ins to also play off the theme.
Petite Wet Bar
This petite wet bar features cabinetry in a light blue finish with a dry brushed glaze. Mirror has been installed at the backsplash, and the surrounding walls are covered in a pagoda wallpaper by Katie Ridder. The natural woven pendant echoes the warmer tones in the wallpaper.
Library with Custom Built-Ins
The library features a custom built-in desk with flanking bookcases. Situated under the window, task lighting is provided overhead by a double pendant by Urban Electric. The existing woodwork in the space was painted to match the new cabinetry, in a warm honey brown. The walls are covered in a coordinating grasscloth.
The upper cabinets feature doors with inset wire mesh, so that treasures can be on full display. The windows are treated with woven wood Roman shades.
Custom Library Sectional
The library includes a tight-back shallow sectional in an ocelot-print epingle. The black cocktail table with gold accents is by Century.
Library Gallery Wall
A series of brass picture lights were installed above the sectional in order to highlight framed art and collectibles. The tiered brass side table is by Century.
Sunroom Side Chair
An oak-framed side chair by David Iatesta is upholstered in a Quadrille toile in chocolate and light blue. The drapery panels were one of the only pre-existing elements in the space. A lime green trim has been added to tie into the colorful space.
Detail, Sunroom Painted Floor
The sunroom floors were first bleached and given a white wash. A diamond pattern was then painted in light blue to match the walls, with an accent square in lime green at each intersection. The chocolate flatweave rug is by Madeline Weinrib.
